I know a lot of you have a lot to say about the security industry.
The good. The bad. The ugly.
Some of you have left. Others are flying high. Some scraping by. I want to hear from you. I want to hear YOUR responses to the survey. We’re looking for honest answers from people in the industry, telling us the types of roles you work in, which you want to work in, the level of training you have and what training you’d be interested in doing.
Why are we doing this?
I’ve said many times I am passionate about this industry. There is so much to see and do.
Sadly, we’re not immune to poor working conditions, and the responsibilities continue to grow (minus the pay rate sometimes – am I right?!).
By contributing your time to this survey you’ll help us get a benchmark on the level of engagement, training and pay in the industry. This will then be used to look at what training and resources are needed to make things better.
The survey takes less than 5 minutes, is only 10 questions and will be a great help for our industry research.
