30-Minute Express Advisory

For one focused question, concern or uncertain next step that can reasonably be discussed within a short session.

This option may suit you when:

• You want practical direction before taking the next step
• You need to decide whether broader consulting is warranted

What Is Included

This is not designed for substantial document review, detailed research, written drafting or ongoing follow-up.

60-Minute Focused Consulting

For a defined issue that requires more context, several connected questions or a more structured discussion.

This option may suit you when:

• You need to map out licensing or compliance priorities
• You want to work through an operational or workforce issue
• You have several related questions
• You need to review the structure of a proposed process or approach
• You want to explore pricing, client or service-delivery concerns
• You need clearer priorities and practical next steps

What Is Included

Brief background information may be supplied beforehand to help frame the discussion. Detailed pre-reading, document analysis, research, drafting or a separate written deliverable is not included unless it can be completed within the purchased time or is otherwise agreed.

Ongoing Advisory

For matters that require work beyond one fixed meeting or are likely to develop over several stages.

Ongoing Advisory may suit you when:

• Security, operational or business documents need to be reviewed
• Written comments, drafting or practical recommendations are required
• The issue is complex, evolving or spread across several stages
• You need help implementing a process or system
• Research or follow-up work may be required
• The engagement will involve several calls, emails or document exchanges

The initial purchase covers one prepaid hour of advisory support. This hour may be used for an initial consultation, document review, scoping or other agreed work relating to the matter.

Where continued support is required, GuardHERE Consulting will provide a separate Consulting Service Agreement covering the agreed scope, billing arrangements and next steps before further advisory work proceeds.

How Additional Time Is Charged

• Any additional time must be agreed before the purchased session or initial engagement is extended
• Additional agreed time for any option is billed at $165 per hour
• Additional time is recorded in six-minute increments, with each increment charged at $16.50
• For Ongoing Advisory, additional billing begins after the prepaid first hour
• An agreed spending cap can be established before additional work begins
• Larger or clearly defined projects may be moved to a separate written proposal and quote

Billable time may include meetings, calls, document review, research, analysis, drafting, written feedback and relevant correspondence.

No additional work will be undertaken without agreement on the scope and applicable cost.

Face-to-face consulting may be arranged by prior agreement and may incur an additional fee based on the location, travel requirements and nature of the engagement.

3. Download the Advisory Service Guide
   Receive the GuardHERE Consulting Advisory Service Guide with preparation information and an explanation of what happens next.
4. Prepare the Key Information
   Gather your main questions, relevant background, important dates, documents and intended outcome.
5. Arrange the Session or Initial Work
   GuardHERE Consulting will contact you to arrange the fixed session or confirm how the initial Ongoing Advisory hour will be used.
6. Agree on Any Continuing Work
   Where further Ongoing Advisory or a different service is required, the scope and cost will be agreed before additional work proceeds.
